About Moontime
Moontime Aotearoa was born in Nelson some 15 years ago by women who were passionate about health, the environment and giving women a conscious choice. It was later developed into a non-profit organisation and run by the “Luna Collective”.
The Luna Collective worked on researching and developing a range of products that were unique, feminine and extremely practical. During this journey Luna and its founder
Ange Palmer, shared a common goal or philosophy:
“Education and celebration - relating to women’s wellness and the environment”

"I am proud to say, as the current guardian of Moontime Aotearoa that this philosophy still remains the essence of Moontime's existence."

Moontime’s products remain tested and true. We stick to what we do and I believe we do it well.
- Simple products that are user friendly, practical and feminine
- Education that supports women at all stages of their menstrual cycle and beyond
- The opportunity for women to get back in touch with themselves, create their own rituals & care for their health
- Doing so consciously caring for the environment
We are re-learning to speak openly and freely about our bodies, our needs and what goes beyond that; into the earth. Using sustainable menstrual products make sense on so many levels. The average women spends $600 over a 5 year period on products that stagnate while on/in the body, destroy the earth off the body and needlessly cost women five times more than they need to.
Moontime cloths are ALWAYS there when you need them, you never run out because they are sustainable and you can feel good about what you’re doing…Mother Earth will thank you.
